Club Hope is HKT’s online CSR platform aiming to increase public awareness of communities in need and raise funds for charity organizations. Anyone can participate in Club Hope to support as many as 13 charities in five zones—“Animal Welfare”, “Disability & Special Needs”, “Eco & Social Caring”, “Elderly Care” and “Music & Arts”. There are many ways to support them: purchase of a one-off donation voucher or the charities’ merchandise, support of their services, or monthly contribution.
The Club Hope platform provides a multiplayer game-based environment, in which participants can build an ideal virtual city together while contributing much-needed funds to real-world community care initiatives. Participants whose contributions reach a specified amount in a quarter will receive attractive rewards.

The virtual world of Club Hope is divided into “My Home” plus five charity zones—“Animal Welfare”, “Disability & Special Needs”, “Eco & Social Caring”, “Elderly Care” and “Music & Arts”. After logging in, participants can browse available initiatives from the charitable organizations and make a contribution to the ones they like.
Participants contributing HK$300 or more in a quarter are eligible for rewards including cash coupons and Club Sim and Now E services. The higher the contribution, the greater the rewards!
Participants who successfully meet certain challenging goals will also receive badges of honor, including the title of “Generous Benefactor”, and other rewards.
The Club members can earn Clubpoints for the contributions they make. Opportunities to grab extra Clubpoints in Club Hope are also available to members. What’s more, Clubpoints can be used to pay for items purchased on the Club Hope platform. The use of Clubpoints is subject to Terms and Conditions.
Participants can contribute on a one-off or monthly basis.
